Located down an alleyway away from main street madness is a little bar called Tahi. We love beer, actually we love real beer. Actually we love real beer so much we won't sell you bad beer. All our New Zealand beers are made by New Zealand owned breweries not foreign owned (LION NATHAN and DB). You can expect to have your tastebuds re-aligned after a visit to Tahi.
If you are not sure what to taste .. just ask one of our team who have undergone hours of palate training (hard work, but someones gotta do it) to ensure that they can recommend a taste to fit your palate. From Porters to Pale Ales, Pilsners to Hefes, Lights to Darks we can take you through a massive variety of beers. Holding anything up to sixty different bottled beers and four tap offerings your choice will not be easy, but it will be worthwhile. We have award winning wines and cool cocktails, so slip on in.
Tahi is quite simply a place to relax, unwind and escape. Live music through the summer and a great outdoor area makes Tahi the place to be on the balmy summer evenings sipping on a beer and listening to laid back beats and blasts from the past. In Winter relax with an invigorating dark from our taps and sit out the back in the covered courtyard by the fire.
